WOD:

WOD is our classic strength and conditioning class designed to build complete, well-rounded fitness. This class develops strength, endurance, power, speed, agility, and resilience—everything you need to be fit for life. Each session combines strength training with conditioning using a constantly varied mix of barbells, dumbbells, bodyweight movements, and cardio. Workouts change daily to keep training balanced, challenging, and engaging, ensuring progress across all areas of fitness rather than just one. WOD is ideal for anyone who wants the broadest scope of fitness—getting stronger, fitter, and more capable both inside and outside the gym. Whether you’re new to functional training or experienced, workouts are scalable so everyone can train safely and effectively. This is the class that prepares you for anything.

 

WOD Basic:

WOD Basic is a strength and conditioning class that keeps things simple—but never easy. The focus is on mastering fundamental movements and building strong aerobic fitness using moderate loads and uncomplicated equipment. Workouts emphasize moving well under fatigue. You’ll repeat simple patterns, control your breathing, and maintain good mechanics even as your heart rate rises. The goal isn’t maximal weight or complex skills—it’s efficiency, consistency, and quality movement under duress. Expect workouts built around basic lifts, bodyweight movements, and monostructural cardio, designed to improve stamina, durability, and confidence.

WODURANCE

WODdurance is a conditioning-focused class designed to help you go longer, breathe better, and move more efficiently. While workouts are still challenging, the goal isn’t just to survive the workout, it’s to build a stronger engine.
In this class, you’ll train your heart and lungs to work more efficiently (VO₂ max), teach your muscles to produce and use energy better (mitochondrial density), and improve your body’s ability to use fat as fuel. What that means for you is better stamina, improved recovery, and more consistent performance—both in the gym and in everyday life.
Expect longer intervals, sustained efforts, smart pacing and functional movements. Intensities will vary, but the emphasis is on controlled effort, breathing, and repeatable output rather than all out sprints every day.
WOD Endurance is perfect for:
– Anyone wanting better cardio without burnout.
 – Athletes looking to improve aerobic capacity and recovery.
 – Members who want to feel fitter, leaner and more energized.

 

SCULPT LIFT:

Each session follows a structured strength plan with detailed progressions using barbells, dumbbells, and controlled accessory work. You’ll lift with intention, focus on proper mechanics, and train in work and rest time frames that support muscle growth and long-term strength gains. This class removes unnecessary distractions and keeps the focus where it matters most: lifting well, lifting consistently, and getting stronger over time.

SCULPT CONDITIONING:

Workouts are designed to elevate your heart rate, improve work capacity, and enhance muscular endurance without compromising strength or recovery. Expect higher intensity, moderate loads, and repeatable efforts that help reveal the muscle you’re building in the gym.
This class helps you move better, last longer, and stay athletic while supporting fat loss and overall conditioning.

CHIPPER:

Chipper is a competition-style workout built to test your fitness in one long, demanding effort. Expect 6–10 movements performed once for high reps, often with challenging loads. These workouts are intense, gritty, and mental—designed to push pacing, strategy, and resilience. CHIPPER is where preparation meets performance and your fitness is fully expressed.
