WOD:
WOD is our classic strength and conditioning class designed to build complete, well-rounded fitness. This class develops strength, endurance, power, speed, agility, and resilience—everything you need to be fit for life. Each session combines strength training with conditioning using a constantly varied mix of barbells, dumbbells, bodyweight movements, and cardio. Workouts change daily to keep training balanced, challenging, and engaging, ensuring progress across all areas of fitness rather than just one. WOD is ideal for anyone who wants the broadest scope of fitness—getting stronger, fitter, and more capable both inside and outside the gym. Whether you’re new to functional training or experienced, workouts are scalable so everyone can train safely and effectively. This is the class that prepares you for anything.
WOD Basic:
WOD Basic is a strength and conditioning class that keeps things simple—but never easy. The focus is on mastering fundamental movements and building strong aerobic fitness using moderate loads and uncomplicated equipment. Workouts emphasize moving well under fatigue. You’ll repeat simple patterns, control your breathing, and maintain good mechanics even as your heart rate rises. The goal isn’t maximal weight or complex skills—it’s efficiency, consistency, and quality movement under duress. Expect workouts built around basic lifts, bodyweight movements, and monostructural cardio, designed to improve stamina, durability, and confidence.
