2 NEW Classes now on the schedule!!!
Join us for our 2 NEW CLASSES – WOD Lite and LIIT.
Our WOD Lite class is designed to bridge the gap between WOD Basic and WOD. Classes will consist of high paced, high energy workouts that are designed to help you get in shape, tone up and have more energy. These workouts will consist of functional movements at light to moderate loads, body weight movements and endurance training. We will be using the barbell, dumbbells and kettlebells, however, NO complex movements are involved. WOD Lite is the perfect progression from our WOD Basic Class.
The LIIT workouts are built using LPCF’s progressive and systematic approach to high intensity interval training. High intensity interval training (HIIT) is a shorter workout style that combines periods of intense exercise and periods of rest. LIIT workouts create a response in the body that increases its ability to burn fat and reveal muscle tone and definition. It is one of the most effective methods for weight and fat loss when it comes to working out. (View schedule for class times)
Committed Club 2019
What is it?
The committed club is a year-long attendance challenge that will recognize and reward you for consistently showing up to Limitless Performance CrossFit each month. It will be broken up into monthly, quarterly, and yearly milestones with rewards along the way. In order to achieve committed club status, you will have to attend at least 15 classes during each calendar month. At the end of each month, quarter, and year, we will recognize those individuals who have attended at least 15 classes during EACH of the coinciding calendar months.
Monthly – At the end of each month, we will recognize the monthly committed club. All members of the committed club for that month will be entered into a raffle to win some sweet prizes. Example: Everyone who attends at least 15 classes from January 1, 2019 to January 31, 2019 will be recognized as a member of the committed club for January and will be entered into the January raffle.
Quarterly – At the end of each quarter (3-month period), we will recognize the quarterly committed club. All members of the committed club for that quarter will be entered into a raffle to win some sweet prizes. Example: Everyone who attends at least 15 classes EACH in January, February, and March will be recognized in the 1st quarter committed club and will be entered into the quarterly raffle.
Quarter 1 – January, February, March
Quarter 2 – April, May, June
Quarter 3 – July, August, September
Quarter 4 – October, November, December
Yearly – At the end of 2019, we will recognize and reward the individuals who have been in the committed club for all 12 months of 2019. This means you will have to get at least 15 visits in EACH of the 12 calendar months of 2019.
Prizes
Monthly – We will raffle off 2, $30.00 LPCF Gift Certificates which will be applied to your next membership or next monthly instalment plus one consultation.
Quarterly – We will raffle off 2, two-week bonus time to your existing membership package.
Yearly – Everyone who achieves committed club status for 2019 will earn an attractive limited edition LPCF prize. In addition, we will raffle off 2, one-month bonus time to your existing membership package.
FAQs
How will the visits be tracked?
The visits will be tracked by signing in to Zen Planner each day on the iPad.
Does open gym count towards my committed club visits?
Yes! Open gym will count as a visit, just remember to sign in on Zen Planner.
If I do two CrossFit classes on the same day, will it count as 2 visits or 1 visit?
This will count as 2 visits towards your monthly total, just remember to sign in for both classes.
If I miss the committed club for a given month or quarter, will that affect the next month or quarter?
No, each month and quarter are considered separately from previous months and quarters.
Will I get a bonus for exceeding 15 visits in a calendar month? Can I use extra visits towards a past or future month?
No, the focus of the committed club is rewarding you for being consistent each month, so there are no additional rewards for exceeding 15 visits or ways to transfer extra visits to other months. As it relates to the committed club, having 15 visits or 30 visits in a given month are equally as awesome.
What if I forget to sign in?
You are responsible for signing in each day so please remember to do this before every class. If you forget to sign in, you can reach out to one of our coaches to add you to the attendance roster for that day. Our coaches are NOT responsible for signing you in and therefore they will not be held liable if an attendance entry is not made.

CrossFit 12-12-12 Throwdown
On Saturday, 6th August 2016, CrossFit 12-12-12 of Trinidad hosted their very first CrossFit Throwdown. Head coach Levar Greaves, along with LPCF coaches Russell Grant, Kim Sealy and Janine Cooper and LPCF member Kamal Patel were all present to compete in this event. Also present were CrossFit athletes from Aruba, Guyana, Jamaica, Miami, St. Lucia and St. Maarten to name a few.
The day was long and grueling – the pain, physical exhaustion and mental fatigue were real! The event consisted of three mandatory WODs, followed by two additional WODs once the athlete made the required standing. Our LPCF competitors visited that “dark place” one too many times. Nevertheless, they pushed past their limits and came out on top! Congratulations to each one of them!
The final results for our competitors were as follows:
Men Rx Division
Russell Grant – 2nd Place
Levar Greaves – 5th Place
Kamal Patel – 26th Place
Ladies Rx Division
Kim Sealy – 2nd Place
Janine Cooper – 4th Place
Barbados IslandFit Games
On Saturday, 7th May 2016, we had eleven athletes compete at the Barbados IslandFit Games (B.I.G.). The team consisted of our two coaches, Russell Grant and Kim Sealy along with nine of our members, Michelle Foster, Simone Kirton, Amanda Morris, Mia Ward, Damian Alleyne, Gerston Blenman, Rowelle Bellman, Mark Jordan and Kamal Patel. It was a long, hot and extremely challenging day. Despite the harsh conditions and the tough competition from CrossFit 12-12-12 (Trinidad) and other affiliates within the region, our athletes displayed great determination, exceptional sportsmanship and outstanding performances. Our green machines dominated not only on the competitive field, but also on the spectator line. Our members came out to bleed green and support our athletes – after all, we are one…we are family… and it’s just what we do!
We had 3 athletes from each division (male & female), finish in the top 5.
Females:
Kim Sealy – 3rd place
Michelle Foster – 4th place
Mia Ward – 5th place
Males:
Russell Grant – 3rd place
Damian Alleyne – 4th place
Mark Jordan – 5th place
Our facility was also announced the top affiliate for most competitors at B.I.G.!
Congratulations once again to our athletes who did an incredible job and a big thanks to our members who came out to cheer them on!
Holiday Food Drive
This Christmas, we decided to collect non-perishable food donations for families in need. Our members donated generously and as a result, we were able to make a difference to three families. On the morning of December 22nd, our LP Team delivered the goods to each family. So much joy, sadness and mixed emotions were experienced that day. We realized that these families and the less fortunate in general need to be remembered throughout the year and not just at Christmas time. With that being said, we made the decision to partner with the Hunger Knows No Season Campaign whereby we would seek to collect one non-perishable food item on the first of every month.
Thank you to all of our members who donated and made this food drive possible! Together, we definitely made a difference!
Run Barbados 2015 (5k & 10k)
Some of our members closed out the year by participating in the annual Run Barbados 5K and 10K event. We had athletes of all fitness levels enter. We had the Holder sisters and Kayla complete their first 5K race, Marie – who improved her time by just over 10 minutes, Richard and Gerston (Gerky) who sprinted across the line amongst the top and Margaret, Shonelle, Amanda, Sarah and Ricky to name a few, who made PR’s on their run.
Congrats to all of our LP participants!
Iron Murph & Potluck
What better way to celebrate 49 years of Independence by taking part in a grueling workout, better known to us as “IRON MURPH” at 7:30am on a Sunday morning. That’s what approximately 35 of our members opted to do in the national colours. The workout was as follows:
- 1 MILE RUN
- 100 PULL-UPS
- 200 PUSH-UPS
- 300 SQUATS
- 1 MILE RUN
- 300 SQUATS
- 200 PUSH-UPS
- 100 PULL-UPS
- 1 MILE RUN
Two plus hours later, each and every single athlete finished proving that nothing is impossible once you believe and well, train hard and consistently of course!
With energy reserves on ‘E’ after IRON MURPH, a potluck was in place for all to feast and celebrate their achievements!
Movember WOD
We supported the ladies last month, and now it was time to support the men in raising awareness for Prostate Cancer. This time we asked our members to participate wearing blue for our Movember WOD. And with little surprise, our members showed up to support the cause. Once again, thank you to our members for their attendance and generous donations to the Barbados Cancer Society!
Breast Cancer Awareness WOD
Our facility decided to host a WOD to help raise awareness for Breast Cancer. We encouraged our members to wear pink that morning – some kept it simple with a pink outfit, others took it to the extreme with tutus, fairy wings, tiaras and togas (particularly the men). Not only were the numbers for attendance high, but also the total donation raised for the Barbados Cancer Society.
We can’t thank our members enough for assisting us in making a difference!
Variety Club Fitness Challenge 2015
Another fitness event was upon us – this time with a bit of teamwork and fun on the beach. We entered two teams in the Variety Club Fitness Challenge, which consisted of both coaches and athletes. The event was a bit different to what our training is like – but nevertheless, our teams were prepared for the unknown. Sun, sand, sweat and laughter for such a great cause made taking part in this event worth doing!
Team Series Event
During the months of June, July and August, our coaches and some of our more experienced athletes took part in the Team Series Event. This event was against the three existing CrossFit boxes on the island – Limitless Performance CrossFit, CrossFit 246 and CrossFit IslandFit. The last Saturday of each month brought these three facilities together to compete against each other. Each facility hosted the event at their home ground. Unfortunately LP was unable to partake in the first round due to other commitments, however total points wasn’t everything for us. Giving our athletes the chance to show their talents and embracing the community spirit we jumped in at round 2. Our teams represented us extremely well and our coaches definitely set the example for the possibilities CrossFit and the facility itself has to offer.
Congratulations to the LP teams and all other athletes that participated and a huge thank you to our members who came out to bleed green!
Barbados Islandfit Games (Big) 2015
Over the weekend, two of our LP female athletes, Kim Sealy and Reann Gibson took part in the fitness competition, BIG, which was hosted at Hilton Barbados. Supporting our athletes was a must and so the green shirts arrived in numbers to cheer on these two ladies. They both fought hard to the bitter end and made the LP family extremely proud. Kim finished in 2nd place with 48 points (3 points behind the first place finisher) and Reann finished in 8th place with 42 points.
The fun didn’t end there for the LP family that attended – celebrations were in order and with that, they all went on to have dinner at a nearby restaurant.
Congratulations Kim and Reann!
Heroes’ Day “Fren & Dem” WOD Free Partner WOD
As our way of giving back to the community, we decided to host a free partner WOD on Heroes’ Day. Persons taking part were asked to bring a friend that they admired – they would also be partners for the WOD. The facility was packed with both participants and spectators. The “FREN & DEM” event proved to be successful. Prizes from Suga Apple Swim, Elements Spa and Gatorade (Armstrong Agencies Inc.) were given to the top three partners in our two categories – RX’d and Scaled.
Official Opening
The doors to Limitless Performance officially opened on April 8th, 2015 at 4:30am. The first set of die-hard athletes trickled in to register and to tackle the WOD Endurance Class. The WOD class immediately followed at 5:30am.
Free Easter Monday Workout
As a way to introduce our new facility to the public, we hosted a free Easter Monday Workout that catered to all fitness levels. The response and the energy were both unbelievable! We received great support from our family, friends, clients and many in the fitness community. Kim Sealy and John Cumberbatch received prizes for being the event’s top athletes that day.
A big thank you to all those who came out to support us!
